Customer Outreach Specialist/Document Delivery/Mobile Notary Service
FIELD AGENTS
Make face-to-face contact with customers. This communication involves making personal contact with a customer and delivering a client letter to their home. Additionally, an inspection is performed as necessary. The inspection involves taking photos, as well as documenting various elements of the property (condition, status, etc.). Agents do not act as collectors. They simply help bridge the gap when communication between customer and lender has been lost. Other requirements include:
Availability to work nights and weekends
Have a good work ethic
Self-Motivated and possess good interpersonal skills
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL AGENTS
Reliable transportation
High School diploma or equivalent
Drug and background screening
Computer, Printer, Camera, GPS
Must be able to operate a handheld personal digital assistance (PDA)
Honest, self-motivated, dependable
Must have smart phone (iPhone/android)
Notaries preferred!
You will need to pass a background screening and drug test to do this job.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
